Banner orders should be placed at least 1 week in advance. Balloon installation orders should be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Yes, a 30% of the total project cost deposit is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the event.

Banners: Orders placed in less than 7 days will be considered rush orders and will include an additional $15 rush fee, depending on availability.
Balloon Installations: Orders placed 14 days or less before the event will be considered a rush order and will incur an additional $50 rush service fee.
