Yes! We offer delivery and setup for full balloon installations to ensure everything looks perfect. For smaller garlands and select designs, pickup is also available. We’ll help you choose the best option based on your event and setup needs.

Banner orders should be placed at least 1 week in advance. Balloon installation orders should be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Yes, a 30% of the total project cost deposit is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours prior to the event.

Absolutely! At Bloom and Balloon, each design is made to match your theme, colors, and overall vision.

Banners: Orders placed in less than 7 days will be considered rush orders and will include an additional $15 rush fee, depending on availability.
Balloon Installations: Orders placed 14 days or less before the event will be considered a rush order and will incur an additional $50 rush service fee.
