Accepted Payment Methods

The following are the ONLY paying methods accepted:

• VENMO

• ZELLE

• CASH

Refunds, if applicable, will ONLY be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Balloon Installations

1) Deposits & Payments

A 30% of the total project cost deposit is REQUIRED to secure the event date.

• Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the event date.

• Deposit is nonrefundable if cancellation is made less than 14 days before the event date.

The remaining balance is due NO LATER than 48 hours prior to the event date.

Please note:

• No setup or services will be provided without full payment.

• Failure to submit the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

2) Rush Orders

• To ensure availability and proper preparation, balloon installation orders should be placed AT LEAST 14 days before the event date.

• Orders placed 14 days or less before the event will be considered rush orders and will incur an additional $50 rush service fee.

• Rush orders are subject to availability.

Custom Banners

1) Payment Policy

• Full payment is REQUIRED at the time of booking.

• Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received. Bloom & Balloon will not begin designing or painting any banner until full payment has been made.

2) Rush Orders

• Banner orders should be placed AT LEAST 7 days in advance.

• Orders placed less than 7 days before the requested completion date will be considered rush orders and may incur an additional $15 rush fee, depending on availability.

3) Design Approval & Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all spelling, wording, colors, and design details.

• Once the design has been approved and painting has begun, changes may NOT be possible.

• Bloom & Balloon is not responsible for any errors that were approved by the client before production started.
